<br />Section 14.12 Memorandum of Lease. The City and Lessee shall, at the time of execution <br />of this Lease Agreement, execute an Amended and Restated Memorandum of Lease setting forth <br />all of the pertinent terms and provisions of this Lease Agreement, which shall be in a recordable <br />form and recorded in the real property records of the County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota. <br />Section 14.13 Consent to Assignment of the Easement Agreement. The City hereby <br />consents to the assignment of the Easement Agreement from the Original Lessee to Lessee, <br />pursuant to the terms of the Asset Transfer Agreement. The City further represents and warrants <br />that the Easement Agreement is in full force and effect. <br />Section 14.14 Incorporation of Recitals and Exhibits.
