Schmidt, City Attorney <br />Agreement and Estoppel Certificate with the <br />Reviewed by <br />Boys and Girls Club of the Twin Cities <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Approve, by motion, an Amended and Restated Ground Lease and Estoppel Certificate with the Boys and Girls <br />Club of the Twin Cities <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Elk River branch of Boys & Girls Club previously belonged to the North Star Chapter. They own the <br />building located in Lion John Weicht Park and have a land lease agreement with the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />The North Star Chapter is dissolving and will be absorbed by the Twin Cities Chapter of the Boys & Girls Club. <br /> <br />To accomplish the merger, the city and club ground lease agreement is amended and restated.
