1.4 Recognition of Employee Longevity —Angela Hauge,16 years <br />Mr. Kerzman introduced Ms. Hauge to the Commission, explaining she actually began working <br />at ERMU 18 years ago as summer help but became a staff member in 2007. <br />Mr. Kerzman noted that Ms. Hauge works well with all field and office staff, is very helpful, <br />takes the lead on events, and generally does a little bit of everything. Mr. Kerzman also <br />emphasized Ms. Hauge's attention to detail as a mapping technician. <br />Acting Chair Stewart shared that she had always heard positive things about Angela from <br />colleagues. <br />Acting Chair Stewart presented Ms. Hauge with her Longevity Pay benefit and the Commission <br />expressed appreciation for her service. <br />2.0 CONSENT AGENDA (Approved By One Motion) <br />Acting Chair Stewart noted that the minutes for the June commission meeting did not list <br />Human Resources Generalist Megan Zachman as present though she was. <br />Staff said they would note that correction in the minutes for the meeting. <br />Moved by Commissioner Bell and seconded by Commissioner Westgaard to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as follows: N%_.' <br />2.1 Check Register —June 2023 <br />2.2 Regular Meeting Minutes —June 13, 2023 <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />3.0 OPEN FORUM <br />No one appeared for open forum. <br />4.0 POLICY & COMPLIANCE <br />4.1 Commission Policy Review — G.1g — Planning Themes <br />Mr. Mauren presented his memo and opened a discussion on any potential changes or <br />comments on Commission Policy — G.1g — Planning Themes.
