Background/Discussion It `vas recommended during the Multipurpose Facility Branding process that the Senior ActivityT Center have a displayT case in the hall`vayT to use for marketing and promotional purposes. In 2023, $3000 was budgeted for a display case. A committee made up of five seniors, including the Multipurpose FacilityT AdvisoryT Committee Senior Representative, Jim Hecker, came to a consensus for its styTle and size. Jim Hecker repoYted the findings back to the Multipurpose Facilityr Advisoryr Committee. It was discussed that the $3,000 budgeted amount will not be adequate, so the yTouth hockeyT rep mentioned their board will consider making a donate towards this purchase. The Elk River Senior Activity Center received a monetaryT donation in the amount of $2,500 from the Elk River Youth Hockey Association for the purpose of purchasing a displayT case. Financial Impact A total of $2,500 was received in donations for a Senior Center displayT case.
