Licensure. <br />HEALTH CARE SAVINGS PLAN <br />By payroll deduction, all members in the bargaining group shall contribute $100 per month to the <br />Minnesota State Retirement System Health Care Savings Plan. This plan is pursuant to Minnesota Statute <br />§352.98. <br />Employees will place 100% of their sick leave severance, as paid per item 13.1, into their PEHCSP unless <br />the Employee has opted out of the program which is approved due to a qualified exemption rule: this <br />provision is irrevocable as set for by law.
