There being no one present to speak, Chair Larson -Vito <br />closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Keisling to recommend <br />approval of the request by Avery's Adventures LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the <br />proposed amusement and recreation use as the standards set forth in Section 30-654 have been <br />satisfied. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />4.6 ISD 728 — Handke Building, 1 170 Main St. NW <br />■ Conditional Use Permit for a Building Addition for Educational Use, Case No. CU 23-15 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Chair Larson -Vito opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak, Chair Larson -Vito closed the <br />public hearing. <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Booth to recommend approval <br />of the request by ISD 728 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Building Addition for Educational Us'b. . <br />with the following conditions to satisfy the standards set forth in Section 30-654: <br />1. The front yard setback variance (V 23-05) shall be approved and recorded <br />prior to the building permit being issued. <br />Motion carried 6-1 with Commissioner Rydberg opposing. <br />Cotntnissioner Rydberg expressed parking and drop-off/pick-up concerns. <br />4.7 Ann -Marie Ross on behalf of the Estate of Roger W. Dickenson Jr. — 19101 Jackson Ave. <br />NW <br />■ Zone Change from Planned Unit Development to C-3 Highway Commercial, Case No. ZC 23-06 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Chair Larson -Vito opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak, Chair Larson -Vito closed the <br />public hearing. <br />Moved by Commissioner Beise and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to recommend approval <br />of a Zone Change from Planning Unit Development to C-3 Highway Commercial for the following <br />reason: <br />1.
