To ensure any concerns for public health and groundwater contamination are addressed, staff have <br />included conditions requiring compliance with all state and local standards related to stormwater <br />management. Additionally, to minimize visibility from surrounding properties, potentially impacting the <br />use and enjoyment of those parcels, staff recommends the existing fencing along the railroad tracks and <br />Jarvis Street have opaque screening incorporated into it.
