Elk <br />River BP is in the process of being purchased by the current owner of Wash N' Fill. <br />The license will be transferred to BP Amoco of Elk River Inc. and be valid January <br />11, 2006 through December 31, 2006. <br /> <br />3. Rin Tin Inn Kennels-Temporarily closed their kennel business for personal family <br />issues but is renewing license.
