EXHIBIT A <br />TO <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />Legal Description of the Permanent Easement <br />An easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under and across that part of Outlot B, <br />ROLLING HILLS, according to the recorded plat thereof, Sherburne County, Minnesota, said <br />easement described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Outlot B, thence South 00 degrees 26 minutes 07 seconds <br />West, assumed bearing along the east line of said Outlot B, 111.93 feet; thence North 44 degrees <br />33 minutes 52 seconds West, 94.10 feet; thence North 89 degrees 33 minutes 53 seconds West, <br />23.53 feet; thence North 00 degrees 26 minutes 07 seconds East, 45.39 feet to the north line of said <br />Outlot B; thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes 53 seconds East, along said north line of Outlot B, <br />90.07 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 6,303 square feet, more or less. <br />6 <br />226712v2 <br />
