The fenced outdooY stoYage area shall be: <br />a. l.irnited to 20,000 squaYe feet. <br />b. Fenced with a 6-7 foot tall 100% opaque fence with <br />gates, to be closed when not in use. <br />2. The fenced outdoor stoYage area shall be Yelocated to the west <br />of the detached accessor�T structure `vith no portion of it south <br />of the southern elevation. See exhibit Proposed Contractor <br />Yard Exhibit B. <br />3. The fenced outdooY stoYage area must be paved with an <br />approved surface (Class 5, concrete, asphalt, or crushed <br />concrete/asphalt). <br />4. The following shall be located within the fence outdooY stoYage <br />area: <br />a.
