A copy of the current Mineral Excavation Ordinance is available <br />upon request. <br />B. Additional A�provals. This license is subj ect to the approval of appropriate permits <br />by other governmental agencies, including the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, <br />and to Licensee's compliance with all other applicable requirements of City Code, state <br />law, and state regulations.
