Commercial customers will <br />receive the Clean Energy Choice for Business flyer. <br />• In addition to highlighting the inserts, social media posts this month feature a variety of <br />topics including additions to the ERMU team, our local scholarship winner, as well as <br />energy and water saving tips. Staff will also be posting public service announcements <br />such as the Memorial Day closure and garbage service delay, Juneteenth closure, and <br />details on the commission meeting. <br />• The annual commissioner self -evaluation will be conducted during the July 11 <br />commission meeting. Questions for the evaluation will be sent out via Survey Monkey. A <br />year-to-year comparison will be provided for review and discussion. Staff will be <br />emailing out a link to the survey after the June meeting. <br />• This past month ERMU's Safety Training Workgroup held its quarterly meeting and <br />participated in a review of Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association's (MMUA) safety <br />coordinator. The quarterly meeting was a chance to check in with all departments to <br />ensure needs and expectations for safety training are being met. MMUA's safety <br />coordinator received high marks in his review as representatives from all the <br />municipalities he works with regard his trainings as high quality and effective. <br />• In preparation for the 2023 Sherburne County Fair, we will be registering Eddy the EV <br />and one of our bucket trucks for the parade, which is taking place on Saturday, July 22 at <br />10:00 a.m. We have requested to be placed next to the City's float for easy joint <br />participation for our council liaisons. Staff is already looking forward to another great <br />year at the parade!
