Staff Un dates <br /> <br />Phil Hals discussed the property on 165th and Jarvis (the Cass property) <br />negotiation. He stated that a portion of this property will be dedicated for ball fields. <br />Also, as the land is depleted of sludge, baseball complexes can be created on this <br />property. <br /> <br />14. Other Business <br /> <br />A brief discussion was held regarding the curb for Woodland Trails Park. Chair <br />Dave Anderson would like to take this item back to the City CQuncil with the <br />appropriate cost statistics. <br /> <br />CHAIR DAVE ANDERSON MOVED TO PRESENT THE CURB ALONG THE <br />ENTRANCE ROAD AND PARKING LOT IN WOODLAND TRAILS PARR <br />ITEM TO THE CITY COUNCIL. COMMISSIONER OLSON SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-1. COMMISSIONER TUTTLE <br />OPPOSED. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />15.
