Part of this effort, would include <br />identifying full fledged trails versus sidewalks. The idea is that trails <br />would be used as collectors for pedestrian movement. Stephen Rohlf <br />indicated that he would like a chance to try to fine tune the trail <br />system map and present his findings to the Park and Recreation <br />Commission in the upcoming winter. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER DALEIDEN MOVED TO RECOMMEND THAT <br />THE TRAILS BE ROUGH GRADED, CLEARLY MARKED, AND <br />HAVE CLASS V ADDED TO THEM, AS PART OF PLAT <br />IMPROVEMENTS. COMMISSIONER ROLFE SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission requested that Phil Hals add <br />park dedication fees and trail fees to November's regular Park and <br />Recreation Commission meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Consider Park Dedication for the Jacobson Administrative Subdivision <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO REQUIRE MONIES IN <br />LIEU OF PARK LAND FOR THE JACOBSON <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION. COMMISSIONER O'BRIEN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />6.2 Consider Park Dedication for Elk Park Plaza <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER LIPETZKY MOVED TO REQUIRE CASH IN <br />LIEU OF LAND FOR PARK DEDICATION FOR THIS <br />SUBDIVISION. COMMISSIONER O'BRIEN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />7.
