The Sewer Fund cash, and investment balance has increased <br />$3,694,404 since 2018. The cash and investment balance decreased $6,462,178 during 2022 while the <br />unrestricted net position for the Sewer Fund increased $578,946 during the same time period. The large <br />drop in cash was related to over $7 million in debt escrow proceeds that were held in 2021 and were <br />used in 2022. <br />14 <br />
