Sherburne County Engineering staff has agreed that this issue <br />should be clarified. At present the City o~vns a piece of land behind a County <br />building. An easement agreement "\vill be drafted '\Vi.th the possibility of looking at <br />an exchange of property to clean up lot lines of the two parcels. <br />· Quarterly Transportation meetings - both entities would like for these meetings to <br />start up again monthly. Dates will be looked at after the first of the year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Leonard thanked Police Chief Beahen and Fire Chief West for their <br />participation in obtaining funds for the Boys and Girls Club by remaining on the roof of <br />Coburns until their goal for funds was reached. <br /> <br />5.
