River City Council adopted <br />Ordmance 05-26 adopting the <br />2006 fee schedule. This Master Fee <br />Schedule, referred to as Exhibit <br />A, B, C, and D, has. some slight <br />increases. . To be increased: park <br />dedication'fees, surface water man- <br />agement impact fees, and sanitary <br />sewer user fees. Charges to be <br />reduced: photocopies in general. <br />Aprinted copy of the full text of <br />the Ordinance and Master, Fee <br />Schedule, referred to as Exhibit <br />A, B, C, and D in Ordinance 05-26 <br />is available for public inspection' <br />at the office of the Elk River City <br />~lerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, dur- <br />mg regular business hours - 8:00 <br />a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through <br />Friday. <br />This summary of Ordinance 05- <br />26 has been approved by the City <br />Council, by at least four-fifths vote <br />on December 5, 2005.
