Will fully comply with all other requirements of this Code, including any applicable requirements and standards for the issuance <br />of a license or permit to establish and operate the proposed use in the city. <br />If any portion of the accessory structure is to be for commercial business/use, in any capacity at all, it will <br />require an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit. This was noted on the applicant’s site plan with the <br />building permit for the accessory structure. <br /> <br />The recommendation of “no business uses in the structure” is being made as the building was not reviewed <br />as part of this application. The applicant has indicated the structure is just for personal use. If the building is <br />to be used for business purposes, which they can request, the structure may need to meet commercial <br />requirements and possibility require an architect. The applicant has stated it is his personal shop and has <br />every right to work on his own trucks and equipment.
