Beaudry Oil Project Summary <br />Financial Analysis <br />Purpose of financial review and analysis is to assist the City with making a <br />determination: <br />• if the project as proposed meets merits of City's tax abatement policy <br />and verification for need for public financial assistance and <br />• if assistance is necessary, to determine the appropriate amount and <br />terms of public assistance. <br />level of financial assistance may impact the ability of the project to proceed as <br />proposed and maximize new value created on the current project site and financial <br />feasibility (availability of revenues to support repayment of project costs) <br />
