LETTER OF COMMITMENT <br />Dear City of Elk River, <br />January 25, 2023 <br />This letter is to inform you that we are confident and fully committed to seeing the Lubricants <br />Warehouse building project through to completion. Our financing is secured, and we have the <br />funds available for the down payment. Over the last 41 years of business, we have started <br />numerous projects and always completed them, regardless of economic conditions, cost <br />overruns, or delays, due to risk management plans being in place and followed.
