of <br />ver <br />Ordinance 23 - <br />Stfikethfoughs to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as <br />PID# 75-002-4320 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-002-4320, and currently assigned the street <br />address as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re -assigned to the street address as <br />shown on Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by <br />law. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day of May, 2023. <br />John J.
