GENERAL BUSINESS <br />4.1 2023 Vision and Goals <br /> The committee and staff will review the committee responsibilities and discuss the <br /> objectives for 2023, and plans for the Beautification Award for this year. Other beautification <br /> supporting activities Staff also <br /> plans to discuss collaboration and coordination opportunities with the Public Art committee. <br /> Attachments: Committee Responsibilities Summary Sheet <br /> <br />4.2 2023 Meeting Schedule <br /> The Beautification Committee will hold its regular meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month at <br /> 10:00 a.m. from May through October, or on the first business day thereafter in the event a regular <br /> meeting falls on a holiday. The meeting dates are as follows: <br /> Monday, May 8 <br /> Monday, June 12 <br /> Monday, July 10 <br /> Monday, August 14 <br /> Monday, September 11 <br /> Monday, October 9 <br />4.3 Marketing Strategy for 2023 Activities <br /> The committee should discuss marketing efforts for the Beautification award and any other adopted <br /> program.
