Water Availability Charge shall be paid in the amount required by the city when the <br />final plat is released for recording (currently $390/plumbing unit). <br />4. The Development Plan shall be approved by the public works director prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br />5. Staff approval of all plans prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br />6. All mailboxes shall be clustered. <br />7. Any item or condition found that indicates the site is likely to yield information <br />important to pre -history or history shall be reported to the city immediately. Open Forum <br />Jim Acres, Boy Scouts of America, invited councilmembers to a fundraiser. <br />6.1 City of Elk River Volunteer of the Month <br />Mayor Dietz presented the April Volunteer of the Month award to Sarah Soukup. He highlighted the <br />following: <br />■ Classroom volunteer at Otsego Elementary School. <br />■ Board member and past President of Elk River High School Lacrosse program. <br />■ Many hours to Thumbs Up organization. <br />■ Several volunteer activities at Twin Lake Elementary School. <br />■ Past secretary of Elk River Quarterback Club. <br />■ Supports Community Table program. <br />■ Newest member of the Elk River Library Board. <br />6.2a Oath of Office: Patrol Officers <br />Mayor Dietz stated he appreciates the work of the Police Department in keeping Elk River safe. <br />Police Chief Nierenhausen presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz administered the oath to Officer Bailey Roscoe. <br />6.2b Oath of Office: Patrol Officers <br />Police Chief Nierenhausen presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz administered the oath to Officer Pat Bendel. <br />I I F I E <br />NATURE <br />
