Motion carried 5-0. <br />Consent Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve, as <br />amended: <br />4.1 <br />4.2 <br />4.3 <br />4.4 <br />4.5 <br />4.6 <br />Apri13, 2023, Special Meeting. <br />Apri13, 2023, Regular Meeting. <br />Apri110, 2023, Board of Appeal Meeting. <br />Check register as outlined in the staff report. <br />Bid from Perfection Plus in the amount of $109,525 for Custodial Services for Municipal <br />Buildings, a three-year period from May 1, 2023, through Apri130, 2026, Agreement 2023-06. <br />Adopting Ordinance 23-05 changing PID #75-431-0270 address from 19476 Irving Street to <br />11747 194`h Avenue NW. <br />Adopting Ordinance 23-06 changing PID #75-410-0210 address from 507 Oxford Avenue to <br />1156 5`'' Street NW. <br />Adopting Resolution 23-14 approving the Final Plat of The Villas at Fillmore Second <br />Addition with the following conditions: <br />1. A Development Agreement must be signed by the ciry and developer prior to <br />releasing the fnal plat for recording. <br />2. Park Dedication shall be paid in the amount required by the ciry when the fnal plat <br />is released for recording. <br />
