Organization Business/Large Group Policy <br />Mr. Hecker and Ms. Larson presented the staff report. <br />Councilmember Wagner asked for clarification regarding what would happen if other groups showed up <br />without a reservation. Ms. Larson explained that staff is frequently contacted by groups looking to reserve <br />use at the park and will explain the Large Group Policy and the reservation process. They will post <br />reservation signs on the shelters showing when the shelters are reserved and by whom. She continued to <br />explain if someone just shows up they will not be guaranteed use of a shelter, shelters not reserved can be <br />used on a first -come first -serve basis. <br />Moved by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Grupa to approve the <br />Organization Business/Large Group Policy. Motion carried 4-0. <br />9. Adjourn Regular Meeting <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the regular <br />meeting of City Council. Motion carried 4-0. <br />The regular meeting adjourned at 6:42 p.m. Mayor Dietz called the work session to order at 6:46 p.m. <br />10.1 Concept Review: BK Land Development, 13161 Highway 10, 9-Unit Residential <br />Subdivision <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />The Council provided the applicant with informal, non -binding, feedback regarding the proposed <br />development project and unanimously agreed that it was okay for the applicant to move forward with the <br />proposed plans. <br />10.2 Downtown Halloween <br />Mr. Hecker and Ms. Wingard presented the staff report. <br />Due to event growth and safety precautions the Council unanimously agreed to close Main Street for the <br />Downtown Halloween event. <br />10.3 ERPD Wage Incentive Program Update <br />Mr. Portner presented the staff report. <br />P 0 W E R E A s r <br />NATURE <br />
