A determination, by motion, on the Kostreba property. <br />2. Approve, by motion, to make no change to the properties listed on the attachment. <br />3. If other property owners show up at the reconvene meeting, the Council should act on those items as well. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Council met as the Board of Appeal and Equalization on Monday, April 19. Business was unfinished so a <br />reconvene meeting was scheduled. The following two items will need Council action: <br /> <br />Action Item 1 <br />Ryan and Tera Kostreba <br />PID: 75-809-0105 (21404 Jarvis Street) <br />Mr. Kostreba reviewed comparable properties and objected to the market value of his property. Mr. Selbitschka <br />suggested an interior inspection of the property. <br /> <br />Action Item 2 <br />Due to the length of the meeting some attendees left before their appeals could be heard.
