Both have more finished sq. feet and are <br />a lot better shape then ours. One sold for $300,000 and one listed for 399,000 <br />with river frontage(river frontage usually adds �100,000) <br />Had assessor out who was no help. <br />It would take over $25,000 to bring our home up to the condition of the two <br />examples. <br />Based on this and condition of our home, $280,000 would be closer. <br />Mp wife and I are in our 70s or� fixed income and your taxing us out of the <br />county. <br />Unable to attend 4/ 10 meeting. <br />Donald and Cheryl Bridge <br />
