The problem is that there are some loose parts, and the nuts and bolts are <br />deteriorating. Irby Utilities is helping to facilitate a resolution to this issue. The vendor <br />has 2 of the 12 in for repairs currently. We received the 10 that were fixed. <br />• Staff is working on meeting material and equipment needs for the upcoming <br />construction season. <br />• Spending considerable time collecting information for a Grid Resilience and Innovation <br />Partnership Grant. This opportunity may assist in beneficial system upgrades. <br />• Working on a solution to the limited number of pickup trucks available to purchase. <br />• Lineworkers Matt Z., Alex P., and Alex B. performed in the American Public Power <br />Association Lineworkers Rodeo in Kansas City, Kansas March 31-April 1. Sounds like a <br />job well done and fun had by all. <br />• Staff is working through the process to change from CAD to GIS mapping. The goal is to <br />make the full switch by the beginning of 2024. <br />• 1 have begun my annual reviews with staff. <br />• We took West 1 and West 2 substations offline for system upgrades and maintenance <br />the week of March 20.
