Both have more finished sq. feet and are <br />a lot better shape then ours. One sold for $300,000 and one listed for 399,OQ0 <br />with river frontage(river frontage usually adds $1Q0,000} <br />Had assessor out who was no help. <br />It would take over �25,000 to bring our home up to the condition of the two <br />examples. <br />Based on this and condition of our home, �280,000 would be closer. <br />My wife and I are in our 70s on fixed income and your taxing us out of the <br />county. <br />Unable to attend 4/10 meeting. <br />Donald and Cheryl Bridge <br />
