Sec. 30-994. R4 Multiple Family Residential. Title change and one edit. <br />(a) Pua�ose. The R4 district is intended to create, preserve, and enhance areas for multifamil�T use <br />of higher densities in areas served b�T public sanitar�T sewers, storm sewers, and municipal <br />`vater, `vith good accessibilit�r to thoroughfares, public communityT centers, libraries, <br />shopping centers and employment centers, and where such development fits the growth <br />management plan. <br />(b) PeT7nitted uses. PeYmitted uses in the R-4 district are as follows: <br />(1) Public parks. <br />(2) Residential, apartment. <br />(3) Residential, multiple familyT. <br />� �� � � <br />{�}(41 Residential facilities (one to six persons). <br />{�r} 5 State-licensed residential facilities or housing with services establishments <br />registered under iVlinn.
