There being no one to speak on this issue, MayroY Dietz continued <br />the public hearing to the April 3, 2023, council meeting. <br />Moved by Councilmember Grupa and seconded by Councilmember Wagner to continue Item 7.1 <br />regarding Conditional Use Permit: Vehicle Sales and Service for up to 11 Dealers at 17242 Ulysses <br />Street, Omar Alnuaimi to the Apri13, 2023, City Council meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br />Conditional Use Permit: Construction of a Production Building Supporting Heavy <br />Manufacturing Operations at 1340 bth Street, Rinker Pipe. <br />NTr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />l�Iayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br />Brian Olson, Rinker Materials, spoke on behalf of Rinker Materials. He addressed the actions Rinker <br />Materials is taking to fulfill the conditions listed on the Conditional Use Permit. <br />MayTor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner seconded by Councilmember Grupa to approve the Conditional <br />Use Permit with the following conditions to satisfy the standards set forth in Section 30-654: <br />1. All exterior building openings shall be closed when manufacturing operations occur within <br />a building prior to 6 a.m. and after 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday. <br />2.
