Assistant/Recording <br />Secretary Jennifer Green <br />I . Call Meeting to Order r <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br />Commission was called to order at 6:42 p.m. by Vice Chair Beise. <br />2. Consider November 22, 2022, Planning Commission Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Keisling <br />to approve the November 22, 2022, Planning Commission agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />3. Consider October 25, 2022, Planning Commission Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Booth to <br />approve the October 25, 2022, Planning Commission minutes as presented. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />4.1 RAN Properties/GATR — 75-915-0020 <br />■ Preliminary Plat of Natures Edge Business Center Fourth Addition, Case No. <br />P 22-14 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Commissioner Maurer asked if 168`' Avenue roadway improvements were <br />completed. <br />r� Mr. Leeseberg indicated the improvements were completed. <br />
