Specht <br /> <br />Motion by E Rathbun to waive 60 day appeal time on annexation of McHessney property. In effect <br />allowing the City of Elk River to annex said property at once. Second by E. Specht. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by E. Rathbun to except road in Goddards Avon Addition from the Lindsey Building East. <br />Second by E Specht. Carried. Meeting adjourned 8:40 <br /> <br />
