<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />JULY 7, 1975 <br /> <br />Reg Meeting <br /> <br />John Nord appeared on behalf of Art Baufield in regard to a water problem. Mr. Baufield claims that <br />his neighbors have dammed a natural water way causing water to back up on his property. County <br />engineer believes the back up is causing problems with Tyler St. The board took the matter under <br />consideration and told Mr. Baufield that the legal right of board to take any action would have to be <br />checked on first. Frank Madsen was to call lawyer. <br /> <br />th <br />Louy Leman appeared to request signs for corner of 189 and Pascal on a motion by E Rathbun <br />seconded by E Specht. The board agreed to furnish two signs 1. Blind intersection, 2. 15 MPH these <br />to be put up by Mr. Leman. <br /> <br />Ben Roper appeared in regard to a piece of property owned by the State Highway Dept. Mr. Roper <br />has bid on this property in High Border, Westwood Addition and wanted to discuss with the board <br />roads in the area. <br /> <br />nd <br />Earl Greer presented the final plat of Oak Hills 2 Addition.
