b. Describe any reasonably foreseeable future projects (for which a basis of expectation has been
laid) that may interact with environmental effects of the proposed project within the geographic
scales and timeframes identified above.
Reasonably foeseeable future projects that may interact with environmental effects of the
poposed Project potentially include adjacent residential developments. The City of Elk River
Comprehensive Plan projects the city to experience consistent population growth through the
year of 2035. The growing population will •esult in an increased need foi housing. Properties
adjacent to the Project site are currently zoned foY single family residential use and as a Yesult
will likely be looked at as potential sites for development. Due to the lengths ofplanning and
desiga any adjacent developments likely will faot occui durin.g the same timeframe as the
constr-uction of the Project.
c. Discuss the nature of the cumulative potential effects and summarize any other available
information relevant to determining whether there is potential for signiiicant environmental
effects due to these cumulative effects.
Following construction, the Poject is not anticipated to contribute to any additional
environmental effects resulting in cumulative potential effects. TheYefore, the Project is not
anticipated to contribute to any significant environmental effects due to cumulative effects.
In addition to the potential environmental impacts addressed by items 1 to I8, the economic and
sociological impacts of the project were considered. The economic and social impacts of the
project on the local community are anticipated to be beneficial by bringing additional housing
opportunities and property/sales tax income following construction.
20. Other potential environmental effects: If the project may cause any additional environmental
effects not addressed by items 1 to 19, describe the effects here, discuss the how the environment will
be affected, and identify measures that will be taken to minimize and mitigate these effects.
There are no other known oY potential environmental effects that were not disczcssed in EAYV items 1
to 19.
RGU CERTIFICATION. (The Environmental Quality Board will only accept SIGNED Environmental
Assessment Worksheets for public notice in the EQB Monitor.)
I hereby certify that:
• The information contained in this document is accurate and complete to the best of my
knowledge.
• The EAW describes the complete project; there are no other projects, stages or components other
than those described in this document, which are related to the project as connected actions or
phased actions, as defined at Minnesota Rules, parts 4410.0200, subparts 9c and 60, respectively.
• Copies of this EAW are being sent to the entire EQB distribution list.
'" i' %da
Signature - _ _ - - - Date ,"
Title f MM . % - I 1+'G 0
Page 21
