Staff has met �vith business <br />representatives in the past, and progress has been made. However, it is also appropriate to include <br />additional conditions to further mirigate concerns from nearbyT neighborhoods. <br />6. LVill not T�esult in tbe destrz�ction, loss o�� dalnage of a natu�al, scenic oz� bistoTzc featu�e of �najoT• i�npo�7ance. <br />The site is fullyT developed and the new facilityT will be constructed in an area that is alread�T covered b�T an <br />impervious surface. <br />Staff does not see a need to impose specific conditions to satisfy this standard. <br />7.
