<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />JULY 9, 1973 <br /> <br />A special meeting was called to order by chairman EL Specht. A motion was made that the street <br />grades and drainage in Lungrens first addition by Earl Schulke seconded by Frank Madsen be <br />accepted the motion carried. Dean Brenteson appeared in behalf of Fred Brenteson to give us his <br />price for paving by blade or paver. With blade it would $7.00 per cubic yard. Paver $7.50 per cubic <br />yard. 850 to 900 yards per mile. These figures are for a finished job. The Town Board is to meet at <br />th <br />Anna Meyer Road on July 16 at 7 P.M. Frank Madsen moved the we accept Harry Lokaduk <br />Grandview second addition subject to approval of engineer also subject to the of <br />Performance Bond or certificate for the completion and blacktopping according to the township <br />specifications. Seconded by Earl Schulke. The motion carried. <br /> <br />Peter Howath next appeared and discussed the proposed change on the road in front of his place. <br />Earl Schulke moved and Frank Madsen seconded that Elk River Township accept the Sherburne <br />County Road specifications subject to township approval.
