crew shall assume the lead lineman’s duties. The lineman assuming such duties shall <br />receive a rate differential equal to 3% of the applicable rate of pay times the number of <br />hours worked during which the lineman assumed such lead duties. <br /> <br />The rate differential provided in this policy applies during both regular scheduled work <br />hours and after hours. During after-hours call out, as well as at any other time, this rate <br />differential will be paid only when the crew is full and the lead lineman is absent. <br /> <br /> <br />34. LONGEVITY PAY <br /> <br />The Utilities values long term dedicated service by Employees. Beginning on January 1, <br />2022, a Longevity Bonus will be paid to qualifying eligible employees based on their years <br />of service according to the schedule below. The purpose of the Longevity Bonus is to <br />recognize the service of Employees that work for the Utilities long-term. <br />Regular full-time and regular part-time Employees are eligible for a Longevity Bonus when <br />they qualify as set forth in this Section. <br /> <br />Regular full-time employees are eligible to receive a Longevity Bonus once each time they <br />qualify by reaching a milestone anniversary date in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br /> <br />Milestone: Years of Service Longevity Pay Amount <br /> <br />8 years $1,550 <br />12 years $2,025 <br />16 years $2,100 <br />20 years $2,125 <br />24 years $2,300 <br />28 years $3,000 <br />32 years $3,000 <br /> <br />Regular part-time employees are eligible to receive a Longevity Bonus once each time <br />they qualify by reaching a milestone anniversary date in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br /> <br />Milestone: Hours of Service Longevity Bonus Amount <br /> <br />16,640 $1,550 <br />24,960 $2,025 <br />33,280 $2,100 <br />41,600 $2,125 <br />49,920 $2,300 <br />58,240 $3,000 <br />66,560 $3,000 <br /> <br />128
