1 <br /> <br />13161 HWY 10, Elk River – Development Narrative <br /> <br />BK Land Development is proposing a single family neighborhood along US Highway 10 along <br />the shores of Orono Lake. The proposed development includes a total of 9 home sites on <br />approximately 4.31 acres. The 9 home sites will allow for the construction of detached “villa- <br />style” houses with a minimum 65 foot wide lots. The neighborhood will include landscaping and <br />screening along Hwy 10 to give a private neighborhood feeling while being located on Orono <br />Lake. The development will be HOA maintained.
