<br />ARTICLE 1. IN GENERAL
<br />Sec. 66-1. Definitions.
<br />The definitions included in Minn. Stats. § 237.162 and Minnesota Rules 4819.0100 subps. 1 through 23 are
<br />hereby adopted by reference and are incorporated into this chapter as if set out in full.

<br />Sec. 66-2. Rights of owners of facilities in vacated right-of-way.
<br />If the city vacates a right-of-way which contains facilities, the facility owner's rights in the vacated right-of-
<br />way are governed by Minnesota Rules 7819.3200.
