In the <br />newsletter customers can learn about ERMU's new general manager, rate updates, the <br />field services building progress, a scholarship opportunity, and more. <br />• Social media posts for the month cover the newsletter topics, a tree trimming notice, <br />conservation tips, and a Valentine's Day message of appreciation to customers. <br />Announcements included the commission meeting and our closure for Presidents' Day. <br />• The featured social media post this month shares a special moment at the new field <br />services buildingwhere �:Ih�iree �rr�teirain oin E[:�N'I�Y� ; p,�:�;ff irP:�iise t:Ih�r^ Q.,.S ft'iIP::; ft'c,�ir :Ih�r f.iirst <br />........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... <br />1]2. . <br />• Administration, communications, and conservation staff have been working on the <br />dashboard initiative to develop a communications plan for the Conservation <br />Improvement Program (CIP). These departments met earlier this month to review <br />rebate enrollment and communications performance for 2022 to be able to assess the <br />effectiveness of new strategies (billboards, boosted social media posts, and newspaper <br />ads). Campaigns will be aimed at promoting Clean Energy Choice and conservation <br />rebates. <br />• The Governance & Communications Manager will be presenting at the Association of <br />Energy Service Professionals' Annual Conference on February 28 in New Orleans. ERMU <br />was invited to discuss our campaign to increase the distribution of our conservation <br />newsletter, The Connector, by delivering four free LED bulbs to those who signed up. <br />This campaign expanded subscriptions from 90 to 900, increased energy savings in our <br />service territory with the efficient light bulbs by 334,000 kWh, and has shown great <br />longevity with high email open rates and retention. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />106 <br />
