Land Use Plan amendment from ~ (Community Commercial) to DR. (Urban <br />Residential) <br />. Zone Change from C3 (Highway Commercial) and R3 (Townhouse District) to <br />PID (planned Unit Development) <br />. Conditional Use Permit for the PID <br />. Preliminary Plat for a 52 unit townhouse development <br /> <br />60 Day Rule and 120 day Rule <br /> <br />At the August 23rd Planning Commission meeting, the Commission extended the 60 - Day <br />Requirement for the Land Use Plan amendment, zone change and conditional use permit to <br />November 24, 2005. In order to comply with the 120 day requirement for the preliminary <br />plat, action must be taken by November 24,2005. <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />The project is located between the West Oaks subdivision and Highway 10, East of Big Lake <br />Township and west of Waco Street. <br /> <br />Zoning/Land Use <br />
