Item 14, page 4 - NRG proposes "Permittee shall test storm water run-riff captured <br />in the on-site retention/ detention pond, and shall provide written reports on these test <br />results to the City, as provided in the rain water run-riff sampling plan submitted by <br />Permittee. If the required tests indicate water quality problems in rainwater run-off, <br />Permittee shall submit to the City for approval a plan for addressing such problems and <br />shall implement such solutions as are required by City." be replaced by "Testing as <br />requested by State agencies if storm water run-riff captured in the on-site <br />retention/ detention pond': Staff recommends adding" Permittee shall <br />provide City evidence of stonn water NPDES pennit coverage for <br />industrial activities and a copy of the permittee's Storm Water <br />Pollution Prevention Plan." This has become a standard requirement for <br />projects in the City that impact over 1 acre. <br /> <br />NRG's Solid Waste Facility License <br /> <br />1. Item 10, page 5 - NRG proposes to add "or (3) 165'h Avenue to Highwqy 10 to Main <br />Street to Highwqy 169 into the GRE facility; or (4) from the facility via 165th Avenue to <br />Highwqy 10 to 171'1 Avenue to Twin Lakes Road to Main Street to Highwqy 169 into the <br />GRE Facility." Staff is in agreement with this change. <br /> <br />2. Item 12, page 6 - NRG proposes to delete "on a temporary basil' and "Open top <br />trailers shall be allowed for public drop riff if solid waste, but shall be covered at all times when <br />the public drop riff is not open."
