8.4 Permanent noise monitors <br />Permanent sound level monitors at the property line and/or at <br />selected sensitive locations in the neighbor may be helpful. <br />Off-site monitors can provide sound level information for the facility <br />as well as for city or state authorities to ensure compliance with <br />sound level limits. <br />
