City of <br />Elk -�-� <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 23- <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the communityT; and <br />WHEREAS, the City- of Elk River received a$1,800.00 donation from the Zimmerman <br />Fire Department Relief Association with the intent it be used by the Fire Department for <br />purchase of an AED. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CityT Council, byT at least four-fifths <br />vote, to ackno`vledge the support and commend the Zimmerman Fire Department Relief <br />Association for their donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced byT Councilmember <br />and dulyT seconded byT Councilmember , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ <br />and the follo�ving against: <br />,`vhereupon said resolution �vas declared du1�T passed and <br />adopted. <br />The follo`ving members `vere present: <br />and the following absent: <br />Passed and adopted this 6`�� dayr of FebYuaryr, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />John J.
