Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />3. Oath of Office <br />r Mayor Dietz and Councilmembers Grupa and Wagner took the oath of office before <br />assuming their roles as Mayor and Councilmembers. <br />4. Consider Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to approve the agenda. Motion carried 5-0. <br />S. Consent Agenda <br />Moved by Councilmember Grupa and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to approve: <br />5.1 <br />December 19, 2022, Regular Minutes. <br />5.2 <br />Check register as outlined in the staff report. <br />5.3 <br />Designate the use of the City of Elk River website, E1kRiverMN.gov as <br />the location where transportation projects will be advertised. <br />5.4 <br />Designate the Star News as the city's official newspaper for legal <br />notices. <br />5.5 <br />Resolution 23-01 designating depositories of city funds and delegating <br />authority for electronic funds transfers. <br />5.6 <br />Appoint the Environmental Services and Special Projects Director <br />position as the assistant weed inspector. <br />
