ANY ITEM OR CONDITION FOUND THAT INDICATES THE SITE IS <br />LIKELY TO YIELD INFORMATION IMPORTANT TO PRE-HISTORY <br />OR HISTORY SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE CITY IMMEDIATELY. <br />FURTHER, THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO STOP WORK <br />AUTHORIZED IN ITS APPROVAL UNTIL THE SITE IS <br />APPROPRIATELY INVESTIGATED AND WORK IS AUTHORIZED. <br /> <br />16. PARK DEDICATION CREDIT FOR THE INTERNAL TRAIL <br />CORRIDOR. Consider Resolution for Land Use Amendment to Change the Land Use for Certain <br />Property from Open Space to Urban Residential. Public Hearing. Case No. LU 05-07 <br /> <br />Planner Chris Leeseberg submitted the staff report. Mr. Leeseberg stated the city would like <br />a land use amendment in order to change the property at 17797 Tyler Street from Open <br />Space to Urban Residential. He stated the current land use is not consistent with the <br />proposed plat. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Acting Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER FARBER AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 05-118 <br />AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO CHANGE THE LAND USE <br />FROM OS (OPEN SPACE) TO UR (URBAN RESIDENTIAL), CASE NO. LU 05- <br />07. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />
