City Council Minutes <br />December 19, 2022 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Page 4 <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to approve with the following conditions to satisfy the standards <br />set forth in Section 30-654: <br />1. The Land Use Amendment (LU 22-04) shall be approved. <br />2. Building access shall not be allowed between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. <br />3. All comments in the comment letter dated November 15, 2022, shall be <br />addressed. <br />4. A PUD Agreement must be approved by Council prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.3 Preliminary & Final Plat: Nature's Edge Business Center Fourth <br />Addition <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer to approve the Preliminary Plat of Natures Edge Business Center <br />Fourth Addition with the condition that the closing for the purchase of city - <br />owned property occurs in conjunction with the recording of the plat. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to approve resolution 22-79 approving the final plat of Natures <br />Edge Business Center Fourth Addition with the condition that all <br />requirements associated with the approval of the preliminary plat are <br />satisfied. Motion carried 5-0. <br />9.1 Concept Review: 55+ Apartment Building at 17355 Fillmore Street, <br />Garnet Novotny <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Council had questions regarding sewer and water connections, traffic at the Fillmore <br />and 212 intersection, traffic density and road connections. There was also concern <br />regarding the current building layout about the road going in between the two <br />buildings. <br />W <br />4I'EI IV <br />TURE <br />
