Municipal Utilities <br />E.6 - Pole Attachment Policy <br />1.0 Purpose and Summary <br />Elk River Municipal Utilities, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, may <br />enter into an agreement providing a grant of license to a third party for the attachment of <br />communication equipment. The Pole Attachment Agreement shall establish requirements for, <br />but not limited to the following: payment terms, method to determine allocation installation <br />costs, access, design standards, and hold harmless terms. <br />2.0 Fees <br />The annual license fee for communication equipment attachments shall be $6.50 per pole. <br />Adopted March 11, 1997 <br />Revised July 12, 2011 <br />75 <br />
