The commission reiterated their support from last year. Signage and display windows were discussed, and staff noted that the building will be allowed signage as approved in the PUD Agreement and that windows can be covered with up to 50% with signage. The applicant stated security lighting would be along the back of the building with the lights just above the emergency exits and there is no driveway proposed behind the building. The applicant provided updated main floor plans to address the parking/drop off area concerns staff and the commission expressed. No further comments were received since the meeting and the Commission unanimously recommended approval.
